2014 numbers

ran 1159 miles (close to double my 2013 totals)
Starting off the new year in good shape. Hiked and ran in frigid Montana then returned home and resumed good runs here. Ready for a KICK ASS year!
today lifted 4 sets Bench, Military, Curl, Hawks, Punches.
Running 12 -14 tomorrow. Last long run before 25k on Saturday the 24th.

Fall Racing Season!

(trying to get this neck crick to go away) it seems to be fading.I plan on resuming some lifting on Oct.1

I have been doing hill work-outs once a week.today i felt like some progress has been made.
the head zappers have subsided slightly melatonin,b12,magnesium and ibupropin have been the weapons against the nightly attack

ahead of last year not only in mileage 341 to 213 but in wisdom as well. i am determined to ease into this spring/summer and be a full-fledged road racer by fall. will slowly ramp up my biking and speed training as i feel is sensible.
