10/30

I took a deep breath and dove right in to my first double digit (10 miles) run in 7 weeks.
I've got to say I am encouraged. I maintained good intensity through-out the run. then went to work building fence.mixing cement, toting fence posts,lifting 80 lb. cement bags and pushing a wheel barrow for an afternoon of fun!
Still feel good energy so I'm not too far out of shape.

30 miles for the week.

MAYDAY

May 1st has come and gone. The recovery period is over.I have re-started the business of getting back where I want to be. It's a long way back but I will get there. 3 miles yesterday 4 miles today. full routine of weights and 10 miles on bike.
planning on short distances... but everyday. looking to run a streak to establish my comeback.
