Aduddel 40th

Going to the show just don't know if I'll be a player in the 40th running of the Aduddel 5 miler. Can't stay away from this historic run.
Also started working for Armstrong Landscape today.

Track work

Been going to the track for 3 weeks (Tuesdays) .Making good progress. Tom and Billy have been good aids in pulling the speed out of me. Feeling pretty positive about whats ahead.
