13 steady today, 25 for the week. Nobodies tearing it up on the roads just yet. Mike Kelly ran a 16:18 but it was on a short course (construction).

End of the Road

I just don't have the desire to continue. My racing days have come to an end. I am content to run 3 or 4 times a week at a liesurely fitness/health pace. No more hard core runs.
I have come full circle. I am home. It's been a wonderful adventure.
