I hated running today. Beautiful weather but just didn't ever get into any rhythm. Probably the 16 miler from Sunday hanging on. Maybe tomorrow.

Something going around, I was totally uninspired myself. Can't really explain it, awesome weather, nothing but sunny horizons, but just no umph in the tank. Even a bit of dark chocolate didn't do it. Perhaps its time to shake it up a bit. How did the bike work out go?
