Great weather and rested legs made for a spirited run in the hills plus 10 x 100 meter interval sprints followed by a cool half mile recovery jog.

Greenrok, I only work upper body, my legs are mad enough at me as it is.

Lemonade... I do these 'workouts' simultaneously. It took years of fine-tuning to get maximum benefits out of this routine.
