Happy New Year Pete, unbelievable progress to go from the sidelines to warp speed. Your are definitely hardening the soft spots into what is looking like a spear! Thanks for the blog, its inspiring. I'm still fighting a weird virus but hope to be able to contribute soon.

Thanks for your blog and all the information that the journal of an elite athlete can provide. Even to us non-athletes, you speak of courage, strength, determination, perseverance, which we can all use every day.
