Fall Racing Season!

122 miles run
bike 45
only 3 weight workouts
(trying to get this neck crick to go away) it seems to be fading.I plan on resuming some lifting on Oct.1
2 5k races nothing spectacular
I have been doing hill work-outs once a week.today i felt like some progress has been made.
the head zappers have subsided slightly melatonin,b12,magnesium and ibupropin have been the weapons against the nightly attack

    after a period of improved sleep the head zaps have gotten very intense.
