Going Long

For the 3rd consecutive Sunday I have run a 10 miler.
This streak is a sign that I am learning a bit about proper mileage as an upper 50's guy.
 I've cut my daily runs to 5,6 and 7 miles with the Sunday long run as the center piece of my come back plan.
Still lifting  and getting good results.
I bought a Giant Iguana mountain bike (circa 199?) and it will help me get my biking legs back.
It's been way too windy and cold recently but as the weather warms I will put the bike to good use.
