2 month up date
2 months since my last post. 127 miles run, plenty of weight work. a crumpled back bike wheel. I had to sit out the biggest part of 2 weeks due to chest/head cold. All that's passed now so other than dodging some frigid air (polar vortex type systems) I'm back out there trying to go into actual race-training phase sometime in the next 4-6 weeks. Knock on wood!
