Actual training!

Moving forward....slowly away from the injury phase of my 59th year of life. Fueled by race results and cold weather, I am beginning to feel like an athlete in training. I am a long ways from where I want to be but if I manage things with thought and patience I should get there sometime in the first 1/3 of 2014.
Ran 6 yesterday for the longest run in months.then 5 today with 8 x 1:00 accelerators on return.
My weight lifting has helped improve over-all fitness and confidence.
5 sets of 8 on bench,chin ups and clean/military then 3 sets of milicurls,hawks and punches.
