7 on Thursday

With Cara and the boys in town this past week, I put running on the back burner. They left this morning (headed north) so when I got home to a boyless house, I took to the road for my first run of the week. Felt good energy with the rested legs, but kept the pace slow and easy.
As good as that felt, I'd still rather be playing with the boys.
