Chilly, Hilly 10

Pushed the hills 'til they whooped me. Still a beneficial outing. I can feel that I have reached a new level of fitness from just 10 days ago.

  • Peaking on the peaks, man that's awesome. Curious how the body responds to strains and stresses, your's is really seeming to take it all in and turning into something great. Good job hitting the hills this time of year, great grit.
