The record currently stands at 1:16:09
Nocus McIntosh (Oklahoma Wall of Fame Inductee) was 55 in December of 1980 when he set the record.
To beat that time you must run an average of 6:05 for 12.4 miles.
You have 89 days to prepare for this mission.

As it turned out, they dropped the 20k from the format so I reset my sites on the 25k record (you'll have to wait and see how that went)
