It's a bit of a stretch but I couldn't resist the title. 10 miles in low 20 temps with a wind chill that came close to 10 degrees. At any rate, it was a cold run. Glad to have it in the books.
Technical type material first layer,cotton middle, windbreaker outside. gloves,wool hat.extra layer of protection before running shorts. sometimes windpants but not this time. after a mile i'm plenty toasty. probably my metabolism keeps me warmer than most people because over the years i've heard it said many times that below 20 degrees is 'unbearable'.

Holy Crap! & Awesome Job! Now that's a chapter in itself. How do you dress for windchill of 10? And did it work out for you?
