5k win

Went to the "Grand Christmas 5k " and ran a 17:46 for 1st place. Didn't use my watch but still managed to run the time I had programed in my mind. I knew anything faster was flirting with potential systems failure so I dialed up the memory of 3:33 per 1000 pace and nailed it!
Happy with that time considering no speed work and 28 degree temperature. Also glad the wind wasn't blowing .
