15 kilometers of Hell
I will be running the Tulsa Run 15k tomorrow morning. I had not planned running it until about 10 days ago. I am not ready physically for this but I'm jumping in knowing I'd better swim or sink to the bottom where the mud-suckers suck mud.
I have a come-back plan and part one is humiliation.
Part two (if I survive part one) is build a mileage base in the cold and dark then tinker with speed in the spring.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Sounds like a plan, hope the Tulsa run was an enjoyable hell.

Everyone loves a plan, especially a plan for a comeback.
You're a fierce competitor and I wish you luck.
