Injured Reserve.
Glute still radiating pain.
Better heal up before continuing moderate to heavy training.
Just a detour in the road.
Maybe a forced rest is what my body had in "mind"!

  • Good idea, and heal a little now rather than allot later. I've tried the "work through the pain" strategy and only for very few exceptions, they almost always ended up with a longer sustained injury that the initial. Of course I'm preaching to the choir 8-)

  • Hey Pete, based on this crappy spam comment from "anonymous" you may want to look at changing your privacy settings for the blog. Fortunately this is easy. You can do this by going to the menu "customize", then click on the "settings" sub-menu, and then click on the heading titled "permissions". Scroll to the bottom of the "permissions page and you can choose who gets to view your blog.

  • Hey, I think anonymous has a very interesting point. Perhaps if you took some time to learn Cantonese, you wouldn't be so quick to judge. He is basically saying to watch your back Pete, because the Hong Kong triad is. Ohh shit!
