14 miles
Took Sunday off. Brenda dropped me off in Foyil so I got a wind assisted 14 miler in. Winter games give me a boost of motivation.

You're a highly tuned machine. Vancouver is definitely a spark for me as well, which uniform can you most identify yourself with? Personally I can see you with X-country skis and a rifle slung around your shoulders.

The way those guys and girls collapse after the cross country ski races is something I can identify with. Giving it all man!!
