T.U. Speed work

For the 4th consecutive week I've hit the track searching for speed.
Joining me this week were Tom, Eustav?, Billy G. (sat out ), and Stukey.
Amy, Cara, Tom's Mom and Will were there as well.
This evenings session consisted of 1600m 5:14 (i was thinking 5:30), 1200m 3:59,1000m 3:15, 800m 2:36, 600m 1:55, 400m 70.
All in all considering it was rather warm and a bit humid, I am happy with this work. Probably be ready to bust a decent 5k time in 3 to 4 weeks.
