10 milers

Managed to run pretty solid.
It's my 2nd ten miler in 4 days.
My idea is to get back to my old tried and true 10 mile base work-outs.
It takes time and dedication.
I want to be running on a steady diet of deca-runs by the end of the winter.
Monday, Wednesday Friday Sunday.
10 steady, 10 slow,10 negative splits,10 fartlek.
It will either get me back or be the end of me.
